open up frame1 - resize by 70% using smartsize
make certain that all layers box is NOT checked
make certain that all layers box is NOT checked
then copy and paste paper9 from the kit,
go to layers -arrange- send to bottom
then apply mask by going to
then apply WSL Mask 219
by going to Layers - load/save mask from disk
choose the correct mask and click load or apply.
depending on your version of PSP.
go to Layers - Merge - Merge group
go to layers -arrange- send to bottom
then apply mask by going to

go to Layers - Merge - Merge group
if using the same tube as I did,
Resize by 70% using smartsize
with your magic wand tool click inside the frame and add tube as a new layer
go to selections invert - and hit the delete key to remove any excess from around the frame
selections none
then add from the kit :
splatter1 resize by 80% then duplicate arrange to liking
then send to bottom layer
by going to Layers - arrange - send to bottom
ribbon3 resize by 70%
stitches1 resize by 80%
3 buttons resize by 20%
adoraskull word art2 resize 70%
arrange each to liking and add a drop shadow to each
dont forget a drop shadow on the frame
add your copyright and your name
for Sarah's name I used a font called Mathilde
font size 120 background black, foreground pink - stroke 1
ribbon3 resize by 70%
stitches1 resize by 80%
3 buttons resize by 20%
