made using my Beach fun kit
available from twilight scraps and dreamscape imaging

open a new canvas 650x650

open up paper19
copy and paste as a new layer then
add mask layer
by going to
Layers - Load/Save mask - Load/save mask from disk
select Trese mask 0018 and click load


go to Layers - merge group.

open frame 1 resize by 70% using smartsize

then rotate right by 5
add drop shadow
 

open frame 3 resize by 70% using smartsize

resize all layers UNCHECKED
add drop shadow

open up paper10 resize by 70%

click inside the frame with the magic wand tool

then go to modify - expand by 2 and then copy and paste the paper as  new layer
then go to selections invert and hit the delete key to remove the excess

 go to selections none

add tube

 
change the layer blend mode to screen

slide the paper layer beneath the frame layer

open up frame 7 resize by 80% add drop shadow
then slide beneath the 2 frame layers

open up beach overlay3
resize by 80%

add tube again resize by 30%

add copyright and name
save your tag as a png
